Trap Range: .

DO NOT SHOOT ANY AERIAL TARGETS ON THE RANGES AT THE CLUB. We shut down trap because of the danger of shot falling on others using the river. If you use a foot thrower or another type of thrower your shot will still fall into the river. So at this time no one may use any aerial targets at the ranges. Thank you for understanding.

Camperships: Are available and we will sponsor youth 11-13 years old to go to Camp Colby this year. The youth have to be a child or grandchild of a club member. For more information about the camp, go to NYSDEC summer camps on the web, or call over to DEC in Ray Brook. If anyone has a child that wants to go and would like a campership from this club, please contact me at 518-201-4009.

Conceal and Carry Classes: February 19 & 20. Contact Ralf Hartman at 420-2424

Letter to all Club Members from Robert Brown, Christmas Pie Chairman:

The Fish and Game Club's Christmas Pie Sale was very successful this year. We netted just ten dollars shy of $1000 for our youth programs thanks to all the volunteers. I want to thank our phone callers: Al Fuller, John Riley. Ralph Hartmann and Terry Henley. They each spent three or four hours on the phones contacting our members to contribute bake goods and did a great job. That task can get frustrating these days because some members have not kept the Club up to date on their current number and with todays phone jungle we all don't use the same company as in the past and many are not listed in the phone book. (get in contact with Claude at the Blueline Sport shop to make sure the Club has your latest listing. Al Fuller helped with set up and take down of the booth. Pat Brown priced and sold pies. Bill Gutersloh and Ralf Hartmann handled the cash box and assisted customers with their purchases. Thank you. None of this would have been successful, if the rest of the members had not put in the time in your kitchens baking all of those home made goodies. (Pies, cakes and cookies). We could not have the great sale we did with out you. I want you to know that we realize that your cost to buy the ingredients and the time you put in to bake the items you made, at that busy time of year is appreciated. Our customers pay premium prices when purchasing the bake goods you provide. We could not raise that much money with out you. Because of you we can send kids to summer camp , run our kids fishing derbys and and help our community through our fish and game club. Feel appreciated, you did a great job. All the Best in the new year, Bob Brown Pie Sale Chairman.
